What we collect
Through the website forms: name, WhatsApp, email, city and country, company and tax ID (optional), type of business and products of interest. The server also logs the date, time and IP address of each submission for security.
Why we use it
To send the catalog, answer your request and let our sales team suggest the best way to buy, directly or through a distributor. We do not sell or rent your data.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by checking the authorization box, and steps prior to a possible contract at your request (Brazilian General Data Protection Law, LGPD, art. 7, I and V).
Who we share it with
Our internal sales system and, when applicable, the distributor that serves your region. Hosting and email providers process the data only to run those services.
How long we keep it
While there is a business relationship or until you ask us to delete it, subject to legal retention periods.
